Contact our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our distribution center, ensuring the RGA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned product to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
